When I founded Vivahomes Realty 20 years ago, I could not have imagined the scale of what we would achieve together. From humble beginnings, we have grown into a nationwide agency with 13 established offices and over 3,000 dedicated agents. Today, Vivahomes stands as one of Malaysia's most dynamic forces in real estate, specializing in subsales, project marketing, and more.
At the heart of our success lies a vision that has never wavered: "To Be the Best Incubator of Real Estate Professionals in Malaysia." Founded in 2006, Vivahomes Realty has grown into one of Malaysia's most established and progressive real estate agencies, continuously evolving over the past two decades.
With 13 branches and more than 3,000 agents nationwide, we offer comprehensive expertise across sales and rentals, project marketing, consultancy, auctions, corporate leasing, investment sales, land and hotel acquisitions, and property management.

Vivahomes' story began with its first office in Puchong.
- 2009
Headquarters relocated to Kota Damansara.
- 2013
Set up footprint across the Klang Valley, reaching 8 branches.
- 2015
Expanded into project marketing.
- 2018
Achieved GDV of RM 20 mil, with 9 branches and 1,000 agents nationwide.
- 2020
Introduced V2.0. Corporate goal: 1D1D & RM 100 mil.
- 2021
Achieved GDV of RM 30 mil, with 24 offices and over 1,600 agents nationwide.
- 2024
Over 3,000 agents and 34 offices nationwide. Expanded into East Malaysia, land, hotel and resort.
